Hello! Thanks for visiting my website.

I am a research economist in the Development Research Group of the World Bank. I obtained my PhD from the department of Agriculture and Resource Economics at University of California Berkeley in 2025. I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Research Program in Development Economics at Princeton University for the academic year 2025-2026.

My research focuses on energy access, grid reliability, consumer behavior in energy markets, large-scale infrastructure in energy and agriculture in Sub-Saharan Africa. I use high-frequency micro-data and empirical methods grounded in economic theory in my research.

I have been a part-time lecturer at the Unité de Formation et de Recherche - Sciences Economiques et de Gestion at Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis in Senegal since 2021 and have taught various applied econometric classes there.
